LUNCH 'N' LEARN - THE NEW NORMAL IS NOW NORMAL: MANAGING A REMOTE & HYBRID WORKFORCE IN A POST-COVID WORLD

As we prepare for a post-pandemic world, many small businesses are embracing remote and hybrid work schedules.  As a result, performing work both remotely and in-office are quickly becoming the new normal.  It is critical that employers craft work-from-home policies and strategies to facilitate a smooth transition into their hybrid workplace. This presentation will discuss important considerations and best practices for managing this new hybrid work environment.  It will also touch on key risks, liability issues, and evolving trends small businesses should consider.

    (2) What California laws apply with guidance on remote work 
    (3) A discussion on vaccines, mandates, and exemptions

Shannon R.
